Welcome to Bongacams. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or interacting with broadcasting performers, you agree to strictly comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Age Requirement & Eligibility
Access to Bongacams is exclusively granted to adults who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your governing jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Misrepresentation of age constitutes a fraudulent breach of contract and results in immediate account termination.
2. User Accounts & Registration Security
When establishing an account on Bongacams, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding your authentication credentials. You accept full legal responsibility for all activity performed under your account identity.
3. Tokens, Payments & Virtual Goods Policy
- Token Purchases: Tokens represent non-refundable virtual utility items used exclusively within Bongacams to tipping performers or unlocking private chat shows.
- No Cash Value: Purchased tokens carry no monetary refund value, are non-transferable outside the platform, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.
- Chargebacks: Fraudulent billing disputes or unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account ban and referral to credit security agencies.
4. User Conduct & Community Rules
Users participating in public or private chat sessions on Bongacams are strictly prohibited from:
- Recording, screenshotting, re-broadcasting, or distributing video feeds produced by models without explicit contractual consent.
- Engaging in hate speech, harassment, threats, or blackmail directed at performing models or fellow users.
- Soliciting offline meetings, real-world contact details, or off-platform commercial payments.
- Promoting malware, automated spam links, or phishing exploits within broadcast chat rooms.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
All trademarks, interface graphics, software architecture, and content streams appearing on Bongacams are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prosecuted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bongacams provides live interactive services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted stream latency or specific model broadcast schedules.
